Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday with the exception of postal holidays.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Overages paid on shipping are always refunded the day I ship your order.

Small orders will be shipped in a box, compostable/recyclable paper-padded mailer, or compostable BPAT & cornstarch soft mailer via USPS Ground Advantage (Formerly First Class Mail). Orders weighing over one pound will ship in a box or a box inside a padded mailer via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

Sales & Coupon Codes

Coupon codes do not stack and are inactive during sales.

Hot Weather Statement

Our products are formulated to withstand shipping and delivery in hot weather. However, we strongly recommend promptly retrieving packages from mailboxes, parcel lockers, porches, and other outdoor delivery areas to ensure their quality upon arrival. Please track your package and have it delivered to an address where you will be available to bring it inside once it is delivered. Olive Blossom Soap Co. is not responsible for packages left in hot outdoor delivery areas, and refunds/replacements will not be offered.

When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking info once your package has shipped.

I have an APO/FPO/DPO address. Will you ship to me?

Yes! While this platform (and many others) do not support this address format, simply enter any domestic address in the "Ship To" field and leave me your APO/FPO/DPO address in the notes section. Your package will ship via USPS with proper customs info and labeling. Please reach out if you have questions! 

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available for purchase via our Square processor. To purchase a gift card, find the link in our main menu and you'll be directed to our Square gift card processing site. To redeem a gift card, simply add items to your cart, and when you're ready to check out, leave your 16-digit gift card number in the comment section on the "Address" screen and choose "Redeem a Gift Card" on the "Payment" screen. Your cart total will be deducted from your gift card and your order will be shipped as normal. Local pickup is also available. If a balance is due, an invoice will be emailed within 12 hours of your order. Once paid, your order will be available to ship or be picked up at a designated time. Gift cards are redeemable only at www.OliveBlossomSoap.com. Card may not be redeemed for cash and does not expire.   

Payment

All major credit/debit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and securely processed via Square.

Sales Tax

Ohio Sales Tax of 7.25% will be added to all orders shipping to an Ohio address.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds aren't offered and due to the personal nature of my items, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to strict health and safety standards. It is very important to me that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, so please read the item descriptions and ingredient lists carefully. Please reach out via message before purchase if you have any questions.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send a message that includes your order number and photos of all packaging and contents of package, so your issue is handled promptly and if necessary, a claim made with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail but will do everything we can to help with postal inquiries, claims, and law enforcement reports.

Tracking says my package has been delivered but I didn't receive it. - Your Next Steps

If your package shows a delivered status but you can't find it, your carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check:

*Garage and porch
*With others in your household
*With neighbors
*Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
*Areas protected from weather
*Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
*Apartment building mailroom, manager's office, parcel locker, etc.

If you still can’t find your package and it has been over 24 business hours since the 'delivered' status, visit https://emailus.usps.com/ with your tracking number and submit a service request to your local post office. If theft is suspected, please contact your local police department.

What if I don't like the fragrance of my item?

Scent is very subjective, meaning what smells nice to me, may not smell nice to someone else. That said, each essential oil and fragrance is carefully researched and accurately described in each listing description or title of product. If you are not familiar with a particular fragrance or fragrance note, please reach out to me for a more in-depth description or comparison and I'll do my best. I'm also happy to provide a small sample if you are unsure and include it in with an order, so you may order the item in question at a later date. We hope that you always love the way your product smells, but please place your orders with confidence, as all sales are final. Even if you don't like the way it smells.   


Cancellation Policy

All sales are final on custom order items. If your order contains regularly stocked items, please contact me as soon as possible via the "Contact" page if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation may be made. If your order has been shipped, a cancellation cannot be made and the sale is final. 

Will my item be identical to the one in the listing photo?

We do try to accurately portray our items in our photographs. However, each item is handmade from scratch, hand-poured, and cut by hand. And, due to the nature of artisan products, no two items are the same and each is unique and may vary slightly in color, design, shape, and size and soap may have small bubbles or minor imperfections. We believe these are all the things that make a handmade item "handmade."
